Dr. Steinhaus is a highly qualified Small Animal Internal Medicine practitioner, certified by both American and European Veterinary Internal Medicine boards. He is the only board-certified specialist in Hong Kong to have completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy. He was trained by two of the founding veterinarians of Interventional Techniques during his time at the Animal Medical Center. Dr. Steinhaus has gone through the Hemodialysis academy at the University of California – Davis

For the past nine years, Dr. Steinhaus has been providing specialized medicine and minimally invasive interventional procedures to patients with urological, vascular, oncological, respiratory, and gastrointestinal diseases in Hong Kong. He has also focused on medical diseases related to immune-mediated and inflammatory conditions. As the only vet in Asia to complete a fellowship in interventional radiology, he is passionate about expanding the use of minimally invasive procedures in his patients. Recently, Dr. Steinhaus was named the International Renal Interest Society (IRIS) ambassador to Hong Kong.
